By using CampusConnect, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CampusConnect, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a current or prospective college student to use CampusConnect.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You may not share your account with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Share copyrighted material without permission
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Use the app for commercial purposes without permission

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant CampusConnect a license to store and display it within the app. You are solely responsible for the content you share.

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate our policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CampusConnect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

CampusConnect is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete My Account. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
